UNDERSTANDING THE WORLD CUP “MYSTERY CYCLE” OF THE 12s & 24s

Back in 2008 when i was making a researche on the beautiful game of football, i made a very striking observation and since then the near perfect accuracy of the observation have affected the way i see the game and i somehow believe that the game of football is not just an art. maybe there are gods in charge of football who affect the game one way or the other. Call me superstitious if you like but facts don’t lie.

The World Champions for 1938, 1958, 1978 and 1998 ( not forgetting the Germans who are also affected) seems to have a certain pattern and sequence they follow at the World Cup

They win the world cup and go into the doldrums for 12 years ( this period they won’t make it to the final at all) then in another 12 years they will emerge as World Champions.

Eg. Italy finalists 1970 in doldrums until 1982 when they emerged as Champions, stayed another 12 years in the doldrums until 1994 when they finished as runners-up, then 12 years later in 2006 they emerged Champions. That’s a double completion of the cycle (the second one was a perfect cycle )

Brasil has not really had a perfect cycle but their 24s has been working for them. They Emerged as Champions in 1970, went into the doldrums for 24 years until 1994 when they emerged Champions.

Germany won the World Cup in 1954 went into the doldrums for 12 years and finished as runners-up 1966 (the rule of the 12s in play here). But due to the potential induction of a new champion in 1978 (Argentina) Germany won the title in 1974

Then in 1990 the Germans emerged Champions then stayed in the doldrums for 12 years until 2002 when they emerged as runners-up before taking the crown in 2014.(that’s a perfect 12s & 24s)

France won the World Cup in 1998 stayed 8 years in the doldrums before emerging as runners-up in 2006 (just 8 instead of 12 obviously because of the future induction of a new Champion in 2010) the Les Bleus stayed 12 years in the doldrums until 2018 when they emerged Champions thereby completing the cycle of the 12s,.

To complete the cycle, of the 24s albeit in an imperfect manner, France should have won the world cup in 2022 but isnt, one of the reasons, the possible induction of a new champion in 2026.

Brazil are currently in a 24 year doldrums since their title in 2002, that Selecáo’s victory really affected the pattern & balancing really needs to take place and i think they have completed but will still not win the World Cup because of the potential induction of a new champion.

According to this projection, Germany will play in the World Cup Final where the will lose to a new champion (possibly The Nederlands)

This obviously looks like senseless superstition but it has an 80 percent accuracy and in life we know how much effect yesterday’s events can have on today’s.

If you neglect history then you might just wallow in misery
