Abia-born entrepreneur, philanthropist, and Founder of the Chima Anyaso Foundation and the Ofuji Movement, Dr. Chimaobi Desmond Anyaso (Ofuji) has continued to demonstrate unwavering commitment to the welfare and advancement of workers across different sectors.

Over the years, workers in both the private and public sectors have benefited immensely from his humanitarian interventions and people-oriented initiatives.

Through his business conglomerates under the CAADES Group, Dr. Anyaso has distinguished himself as an employer who prioritizes dignity, motivation, and improved working conditions for employees. His leadership style reflects respect for labour, productivity, and human development.

Beyond corporate management, Dr. Anyaso has consistently used personal milestones to uplift workers and vulnerable members of society. Notably, he celebrates his birthdays annually by reaching out to staff of Bende Local Government Area, staff and students of the School of Nursing at Abia State University Teaching Hospital, Aba, as well as staff and inmates of the Nigerian Correctional Centre, Umuahia. During these visits, he distributes cash support, food items, and relief materials, reinforcing hope and encouragement among beneficiaries.

Through these sustained acts of generosity, he continues to promote the principle that there is dignity in labour and that workers remain the backbone of societal growth and national development.

As the world commemorates the 2027 International Workers’ Day, Dr. Chima Anyaso (Ofuji) extends warm felicitations to Nigerian workers, with special recognition to workers in Abia State and Bende Federal Constituency, appreciating their resilience, dedication, and invaluable contributions to nation-building.
