Fidelis Emezue Congratulates Chief Victoria Onwubiko on LP Ticket, Pledges Maximum Support to Governor Otti’s Vision

Following the successful conclusion of the Labour Party primaries, the Councillor representing Mgboko Itungwa Ward 4 in the Obingwa Local Government Area Legislative Council, Hon. Fidelis Emezue, has extended his warmest congratulations to Hon. Chief Mrs. Victoria Dibumma Onwubiko on her historic emergence as the party’s official candidate for the Obingwa West State Constituency ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Chief Victoria Onwubiko, the current Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Abia State Structures for Signage and Advertisement Agency (ABSSAA), clinched the Labour Party flag bearer ticket in an atmosphere of overwhelming solidarity, setting the stage for a progressive paradigm shift in Obingwa West.

In an official statement released to the press, Hon. Fidelis Emezue described Chief Onwubiko’s emergence as a resounding triumph for inclusive leadership, equity, and the energetic grassroots base of Obingwa West.
