House of Reps Candidate, Adinigwe Applauds Abia LP, Rates Primary Election High

The Labour Party’ Federal House of Representatives candidate for Ukwa East /Ukwa West Federal Constituency (Abia State), for the 2027 election, Engr. Adinigwe Ugochukwu Nwoke has applauded the party, following the successful conduct of the Labour Party’s House of Representatives primary election held on 30 May 2026.

“In a letter, titled, To: All Labour Party Faithful, Leaders, Stakeholders, and the Good People of Ukwa East and Ukwa West Federal Constituency, Adinigwe posited that “the peaceful, transparent, credible, and democratic process” that produced the candidature is a shining testament to the ideals, values, and principles upon which the Labour Party is built, describing it as a victory for democracy, a victory for party, and most importantly, a victory for the people”.

“The letter which he personally signed and dated May 31, 2026, while thanking the National Leader of the Labour Party and Governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Otti, said the visionary leadership, unwavering commitment to good governance, and steadfast dedication to building a stronger Labour Party by the governor has continued to inspire hope across Abia State and beyond”.

“Your administration has redefined governance through service, accountability, and people-centred development. I remain deeply grateful for your leadership and guidance.”

“I extend my heartfelt appreciation to the National Chairman of the Labour Party, Distinguished Senator Nenadi Usman, whose courage, commitment, and leadership have continued to strengthen our great party and deepen internal democracy”.

“My sincere gratitude also goes to the National Secretary of the Labour Party, Hon. Acho Obioma, for his tireless efforts and invaluable contributions towards the growth, stability, and progress of our party”.

“I respectfully acknowledge and appreciate all members of the National Executive Council and the National Working Committee for their dedication, sacrifices, and commitment to ensuring a credible and successful primary election process.”
