2027: Dr. Chima Anyaso Set to Bridge the Gap of Politics and Governance in Bende Federal Constituency

It is quite disheartening that Ndi Bende vote during elections, but are mostly disenchanted by the poor performance of the people they voted into positions of trust, often characterized by unaccountability, under service and near absence of the so-called dividends of democracy.

Access to quality education, healthcare services, clean water, motorable roads, skills acquisition centers, agricultural empowerment and job opportunities remain elusive to Ndi Bende.

What we see in Bende Federal Constituency today are some few make-shift tent-like structures posted on social media as so-called “Retrofitted Classroom Blocks”, and less than a kilometer roads in few communities, all of which are poorly asphalted to the extent that they start collapsing few weeks after commissioning.

The worst part of it is that too much noise is being made on social media about a handful of these substandard projects as if mediocrity and poor performance is being celebrated.

The people’s confidence in leadership is,no doubt, drastically declining as Ndi Bende are yearning for change, and the electorates of Bende Federal Constituency today are ready to do the needful in the forthcoming 2027 election.

Dr. Chimaobi Desmond Anyaso (Ofuji) is coming to change the narrative. Ofuji is coming onboard to bridge the gap between politics and real governance and give Ndi Bende quality representation and leadership that will bring about the much needed and most desired democracy dividends.

Ofuji’s trajectory in politics is the one that places more emphasis on results over rhetorics;

Leadership that puts the people’s welfare over and above personal aggrandizement, self gratification and ego-centric optics of one’s self.

Dr. Anyaso have not occupied any public office, either elected or appointed, yet he has lifted thousands of Bende youths out of poverty, and he has empowered scores of market women and many farmers in Bende Federal Constituency.

Many communities in Bende Federal Constituency have also received the touch of Ofuji’s benevolence.

It is, therefore, no gainsaying the fact that Ofuji will introduce transformative leadership and quality representation in Bende Federal Constituency when given the opportunity.
