DR. CHIMA ANYASO JOINS GOV OTTI AT FHA RENEWED HOPE ESTATE GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY— A PARTNERSHIP IN PROGRESS
By Emenike Okorie
Dr. Chimaobi Desmond Anyaso (Ofuji) joined the Executive Governor of Abia State, Alex Chioma Otti, top government functionaries, and captains of industry at the groundbreaking ceremony of the FHA Renewed Hope Estate in Umuahia — a landmark housing initiative designed to redefine urban development in Abia State.
At the event, the Managing Director of the Federal Housing Authority, Oyetunde Oladimeji Ojo, delivered a striking and sincere assessment of the ongoing transformation in Abia State.

Dr Chima Anyaso arrives the venue
According to him:
“Your Excellency, I am not new to Abia State. I have known this state since 1999. I am not here to blame anyone, but from what I saw in Aba and Umuahia, I can boldly say you have done a wonderful job. I knew you from your days at Diamond Bank, and I am not surprised at the results. Considering what you are doing and what President Bola Tinubu is doing nationwide, both of you share similar visions for development. This is about leadership, not political party differences. We look forward to your joining us in the ruling party after 2031.”
These words were not opposition propaganda. They were not partisan applause. They came from a Federal Government appointee under the administration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu. And therein lies the message to Ndi Abia APC opposition:
Development speaks louder than political noise.
When federal authorities publicly acknowledge progress in Abia State, the narrative changes from politics to performance.

Speaking to newsmen after the flag-off ceremony, Dr. Chimaobi Desmond Anyaso — respected entrepreneur, real estate developer, and philanthropist — expressed deep appreciation to the Federal Government for the Renewed Hope Housing Initiative.
He described the project as clear evidence of productive collaboration between Governor Otti’s administration and the Federal Government, stressing that governance must prioritize the welfare of the people over partisan rivalry.

Dr. Anyaso commended Governor Otti for what he described as visible and measurable developmental strides across the length and breadth of Abia State, noting that infrastructure renewal, investor confidence, and institutional reforms are restoring public trust in governance.

To Ndi Abia APC Opposition, the message is simple:
This is no longer the era of politics without progress. This is the season of results over rhetoric.
When development becomes undeniable, opposition must evolve from resistance to constructive partnership.
Abia’s future will not be built by party labels —
it will be built by leadership, vision, and collaboration. And today, the evidence is speaking for itself.
