SENATOR NENADI CALLS ON SECURITY AGENTS TO INTENSIFY FIGHT AGAINST INSECURITY

The Acting National Chairman of the Labour Party, Senator Nenadi Usman Ph.D has expressed deep concern over the recent spate of killing in Plateau, Benue and other parts of the country.

In her Easter message, posted on her verified Facebook page, Senator Nenadi extended her deep condolences to the families of those who lost their lives.

“In the spirit of this solemn season, we extend our deepest condolences to the families of those who have lost their lives across the nation. We mourn with you and stand in solidarity with all communities affected by violence, insecurity, or hardship.”

While encouraging security agents to intensify efforts in the protection of live and property, she called on the authorities to smoke out the perpetrators and bring them to justice.

“We call on the authorities and security agencies to ensure that the perpetrators of these heinous acts are brought to justice. We also urge them to intensify efforts to protect the lives and property of all Nigerians, as security remains a fundamental right and responsibility.”

Senator Nenadi prayed for comfort to the grieving and courage to struggling Nigerians amid the hardship in the country.

“May the hope and light of Easter bring comfort to the grieving, courage to the struggling, and renewed strength to us all as we work together toward a safer, fairer, and more united Nigeria.”

She called on Nigerians to hold on to the ideals of peace, justice and compassion this Easter, praying for hope, love and renewed faith.
