Gov. Otti Constitutes Board of Homeland Security

The Executive Governor of Abia State, Dr Alex Otti has approved the appointment of members of the Abia State Homeland Security Board.

A statement signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Prof. Kenneth Kalu and made available to newsmen on Wednesday, July 23, 2025 said Brig. Gen. N.V.U. Nnorom (Rtd.), Ph.D will serve as Chairman while Col. Chidi Kalu Ukoha (Rtd.) General would be the Manager/Chief Executive Officer.

Other members of the board are Chukwunenye Alajemba – SSA, Homeland Security, ACP Allwell Okwuonu (Rtd.), Barr. Ngozi Ula Ukoha and Mrs. Ugo Chidi Onyeabor as the Board Secretary
