Ukachukwu, during a political rally in Nnewi outlined the plans of the ruling APC for the people if elected, emphasizing the need for electorates to throw their wights behind visionary leaders capable of delivering good governance.

While presenting the party’s candidate for the Anambra South Senatorial District bye election, Sir Azuka Okwuosa, Ukachukwu, reiterated the commitment of the party to retain the vacant seat left by Senator Ifeanyi Uba.

He, therefore, appealed to the electorate to vote for him as the APC governorship flagbearer on Nov 8, 2025, while on August 16th, every voter within Aguata, Ekwusigo, Ihiala, Nnewi North, Nnewi South, Orumba North and Orumba South Local Government Areas should troop out to vote for APC’s Azuka Okwuosa.

Underscoring the importance of political education, Ukachukwu urged them to work for the success of the party in the listed seven council areas by voting massively for the party in honour of the departed senator.

“Voting for APC senator and governor will instantly connect the state to the national political grid for massive developmental benefits.“

Earlier, while addressing the gathering, the senatorial candidate for Anambra South, Sir Azuka Okwuosa, pledged to offer effective representation to uplift their standard of living.

He enumerated key issues to be prioritised to include empowerment programmes, job creation opportunities for youths, and attracting more federal projects in the district.

One of the political leaders in the zone, Ben Etiaba, described the candidate as a man of uncommon political insight and the ideal person to represent the zone at the nation’s upper legislative chamber.

According to him, Okwuosa’s years in public service, in both executive and advisory roles, have prepared him to stand tall above other contenders.
