ABIA STATE GOVERNMENT RESCHEDULES COMPUTER BASED TEST DATE FOR TEACHER’S RECRUITMENT

The Abia State government has announced a change in the dates for the computer based test for shortlisted candidates in the ongoing teacher’s recruitment in the state.

In a statement released by the recruitment committee on behalf of the Commissioner for Basic and Secondary Education said the change was necessitated by the delay in updating CBT centers information for candidates access.

According to the release, the Computer based test which was earlier scheduled for 5th and 6th of March, 2025 has now been rescheduled to hold on the 6th and 7th of March, 2025.

It further stated that persons with disabilities are exempted from the test but would be drafted for oral interview which would be announced later. The release advised candidates to visit the portal to print out their photo cards from Tuesday, 4th March, 2025, in order to access their centres and their scheduled time for the test.

It added that those who lost their user ID could use the “forgot” button to access their information.
