Abia Government to Reintroduce House-To-House Sanitary Inspectors

The Abia State government has announced the launch of the reintroduction of House-to-House sanitary inspectors (Ndi Ole Ala) in the state.

The project in collaboration with the state Ministry of Environment is part of the efforts to enhance sanitation in the state to improve the aesthetics of the state, especially Aba, Umuahia and Ohafia.

Statement by the Ministry, endorsed by the Commissioner for Environment, Philimon Ogbonna puts the date for the launch on Thursday, June 26, 2025 while the venue is the Confederate Hall of the JAAC Building, Ogurube Layout Umuahia.
