Abia Government Extends Schools Revalidation Exercise

The Abia State Government through the Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education has announced extension of the ongoing revalidation exercise for primary and secondary schools in the state.

A statement made available to newsmen by the Honourable Commissioner for Basic and Secondary Education, Elder Goodluck Ubochi on Tuesday said the exercise would continue till 29th August, 2025.

The statement warned private primary and secondary schools in the state to take advantage of the grace window to be captured or risk shutting down the school, adding that there would be no room for appeal.

It further advised school owners not to pay any fee to anyone and the revalidation exercise is absolutely free of charge.
