A diaspora Abian, Mr Joel Onyekacha has described the former lawmaker who represented Ikwuano/Umuahia North and South Federal Constituency at the National Assembly, Chief Sam Onuigbo as a beacon of hope and a model of purposeful leadership, who has inspired countless others to embrace service with courage and conviction.
